Thomas Armbrüster has been writing regularly for Macwelt since 1993. After studying the humanities and spending several years abroad, he became acquainted with the Apple world in 1991 by purchasing a Macintosh LC. After training in desktop publishing, he wrote his first articles as a freelance author, as well as a few books on macOS and QuarkXpress. Today his main topics are mobile Macs, macOS and the wide range of apps for the Mac.
